Sample order:

We could supply the sample before the real order according to customers' requirement, while you should to pay the fee of the sample and the transport costs. After you place the regular order, we will return it to you from regular order amount.

Regular Orders:

Goods are sold at wholesale price from HongKong Kinglone Elec-Tech Co., Ltd.
Terms: All goods are quoted F.O.B Shenzhen/Guangzhou, China.
Goods will be sent through our own freight agent, you should make the purchase C&F. Usually we send the goods via freighting agent or courier company, such as FEDE,EMS,DHL,TNT and so on ,it is according to you .

Delivery: It depends on the quantity of the order, and will be specified on each individualtransaction. Delivery will take approximately 2-3 working days after receiving your payment.
We accept payment only via telegraphic transfers(T/T) or Western union money transfer.

Guarantee :
1) The memory card will be guaranteed for 5 years.
2) The Bluetooth ,mp3,mp4 ,TV LCD, DV, DC, Digital Photo Frame, will be guaranteed for 1 year .
3)  About mobile phones, it has a warranty of 8 months after date of delivery

If the goods have any quality problem during the period of the warranty, pls sent it back and we will change for free .
